This year marks the Ypsilanti Heritage Festival’s 39th Annual Gala. We will be celebrating on Friday, August 18th at the Ypsilanti Freight House from 6-9 pm. There will be live entertainment as well as art work to be displayed. McShane’s of Ypsilanti is catering the event and a cash bar will be available.
Tickets are $45 per person – space is limited.
This is a semi-formal event.

This tour will be Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6 PM and will include stops at the Ypsilanti Summer Fest at Parkridge Community Center, Downtown Ypsilanti Restaurants, Ypsilanti Historical Museum, Michigan Firehouse Museum, Ypsilanti Auto Heritage Museum, Ypsilanti Freight House, Ypsilanti Farmer’s Market, and Depot Town.
Cost for the all day on/off/on pass is $5/person, $15/family including discount coupons for local restaurants and shops.
Craft beer assortment, sponsored by the Ale House – $5.00
Miller beer assortment and wine sponsored by O&W Distributors – $4.00.

Evening events Include a show by the Ring of Steel.
$7.50 for all you can eat Pancakes with toppings, 3 sausage links (regular and turkey), milk, coffee, water, and orange juice.
Net proceeds go to Ypsilanti Rotary community projects such as local High School Scholarships, local Girl and Boy Scouts, Veterans History Project, as well as many more.
Proceeds also support many Rotary International projects such as PolioPlus, for the eradication of Polio worldwide.
Ypsilanti Kiwanis Club will be selling rubber ducks (ready to race) at their booth in the park during all festival hours for $5.00 each. Race will be held Sunday at 5:00 at the Dock Stage in Riverside Park.
Net proceeds go to support the Ypsilanti Kiwanis projects for serving the children of Ypsilanti (including donating dictionaries to 3 rd graders in Ypsilanti, and high school Achievement Awards), and the world.
Currently Kiwanis’ main worldwide project is funding and delivering neo-natal tetanus shots to third world expectant mothers.
