This year marks the Ypsilanti Heritage Festival’s 39th Annual Gala. We will be celebrating on Friday, August 18th at the Ypsilanti Freight House from 6-9 pm. There will be live entertainment as well as art work to be displayed. McShane’s of Ypsilanti is catering the event and a cash bar will be available.

Tickets are $45 per person – space is limited.

This is a semi-formal event.

Beer/Wine Sales @ Main Tent

Beer and Wine can be purchased inside the Main Tent using drink tickets. We have two ticket types, Premium Beer/Wine ($5) and Miller Lite($4). Tickets can be purchased at the gate outside the Main Tent or you can PURCHASE NOW and pick them up at will-call. Just click the green Tickets button.


Premium Beer provided by Ypsi Ale House – $5.00

Wine  – Both red and white – $5.00

Miller Lite – provided by O&W – $4.00

Premium Beer and Wine tickets can be used interchangeably. Miller Lite tickets are a separate item.

Italian Dinner @ Main Tent

First United Methodist Church Italian Dinner:

Open at 4:30 PM and ending at 7:30 (Or when food runs out!!)
Tickets: $10 for an adult dinner, $5 for children under 12. Max. $30 for a family.
Menu: Sit down or take out available
Entree choice of:
Spaghetti with meat sauce
Spaghetti with marinara
Home made lasagna with or without meat
In addition:
Bread – garlic or plain
Choice of beverage – Water, Lemonade, or iced tea.

All expenses are paid, so every dollar of ticket sales goes to local charities:

Pancake Breakfast @ Main Tent

$7.50 for all you can eat Pancakes with toppings, 3 sausage links (regular and turkey), milk, coffee, water, and orange juice.

Net proceeds go to Ypsilanti Rotary community projects such as local High School Scholarships, local Girl and Boy Scouts, Veterans History Project, as well as many more.

Proceeds also support many Rotary International projects such as PolioPlus, for the eradication of Polio worldwide.
